We suggest you to conduct a CTC Title Search as the land search result is inclusive of plan of the land.

SELANGOR - CTC TITLE

Landed Title

Pelan tanah included

(subject to the availability of land office)

Strata Title

Pelan tanah not included

For Selangor CTC Strata Title, pelan tanah will not be included. You can acquire the pelan tanah from Jabatan Ukur dan Pemetaan Malaysia (JUPEM).
